My Story
Born and raised in Israel, I hold a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the Technion in Haifa. At 34, I relocated to Switzerland with my husband and two young children, later welcoming a third child. Today, we are proud Swiss citizens.
As a mother of three — with personal experience parenting children with high functioning autism and ADHD — and a certified Adlerian parent educator specialising in teenagers (from the International School of Parenting and the Michal Daliot Center in collaboration with the University of Haifa), I bring both lived experience and professional training to my work. My perspective as an immigrant parent adds a unique layer of understanding to the challenges families face when adapting to new environments.

I promote family well-being using simple building blocks to nurture healthy relationships and strengthen connections
My Mission
I support parents through non-judgmental, practical guidance to help them build positive, healthy relationships with their children. With a focus on empathy, communication, and simple, effective building blocks, I offer private consultations (face-to-face or online), lectures, and support circles (in English, French, or Hebrew),. I also lead an Israeli parents’ community in Switzerland, fostering mutual support and shared learning.
