About the Adlerian method

The Adlerian method of parental guidance, based on the principles of psychologist Alfred Adler, focuses on fostering mutual respect, encouragement, and cooperation within the family. It emphasizes understanding children's behavior through the lens of their need for belonging and significance, promoting democratic parenting, clear boundaries, and empathy. This approach helps parents build strong, respectful relationships with their children while guiding them toward responsibility and independence.
